This week's Superstars

A week for the batters as NINE players record a 50 and only one bowler getting 4 wickets. So hats off this week to.....

• Chris Harris - first team skipper follows up last weeks hundred with a 59 v Elmstead 1's

• Ross Walpole - records his second win as 2's captain and helps himself to 57 on top of last weeks jug avoiding 92. However, he is outscored in the game by debutant Matt Shinn with a cultured 85.

• Simon Reeve gets his campaign underway with a 58 for the 3's and Stuart Coker scores 57 for the 4's.

• All the other stars came in one match where our Under 12's totally dominated Hutton Eagles in the first pool game of the Peter Coe Cup.

Henry Miller was retired out on 75 as was Lawrence Wright and Mackenzie Jones who both scored 51 and Jamie Brown who scored 50. A huge total of 298 for our boys and Hutton were bowled out for 35 in reply with Josh Lawes being the main man with 4.5 overs that netted him figures of 4-8

• and Finally, my stars of the week are completed by the Friday Night volunteers and the efforts of some of the 1st team boys in supporting the 4's on Monday at the Farm.
